When will my order ship?

It normally 3-5 business days for an order to be shipped, excluding transit time. You can contact our customer service department to know the status of your order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking code on all your orders once they have been shipped from our warehouse. Please allow a minimum of 7 days to update your tracking number after the order has been shipped.

When will the out-of-stock order be re-stocked?

Unfortunately, when an item goes out of stock and is displayed on the website, we cannot really give a precise answer as to when it will be re-stocked. But as soon as it is re-stocked, it will appear on the website. We suggest you keep checking our website for all the information!

What to do if my order is shipped but the address entered is wrong by mistake?

You are advised to contact the customer care immediately and we will try to make any possible adjustments. Worst scenario, your order will be delivered to the incorrect address and you will have to place a new order. The additional fees and packaging will not be accounted for.

What to do if I have an incorrect item in my order?

In this case, please contact customer care within 24 hours of receiving a different product with your order number and the incorrect item’s name and number.

What should I do if the item I have received is damaged?

Please contact customer care within 24 hours of receiving the defective item.

Why is my credit card information not being accepted?

It is important for your billing address and credit card address to be the same. Also, we only accept Visa and Mastercard.
